EDO STATE NIGERIA - Boy Loss Sanity Weeks After Father's Death

Allegedly, a young boy has been witnessed running mad by some residents in Benin City Edo State, Nigeria.

Reports had it that the young man alleged to be internet fraudster (Yahoo Boy) took off his clothes down to his boxers short, sitting on the ground publicly while purportedly making some shocking confessions.



The surprising incident occurred this morning at Agbor park by Ohovbe junction in the city of Benin, the incident attracted a huge numbers of residents who mocked him, being that they know him so well.


It is alleged that the young man recently bought his father a new car and few weeks after, the father passed away. The young man allegedly made some confessions that he has been killing people for money rituals.

Seen in a trending video posted online, the young man can be heard shouting Daddy...Daddy...as he laid on the ground and was confessing while mockers told him to face the consequence of his evil deeds.

Details of Temple Scuffles - DIGP Speaks of Initial Probe

The Malaysia Deputy Inspector General (DIGP) of Police Noor Rashid Ibrahim has given details about the preliminary investigation over the fracas at the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Subang earlier yesterday morning.

According a source, the DIGP said the incident was the result of the process of recovering the land on which the 127 years old temple is seating on.

Although, the party which wanted to take over the land went ahead to hire a group of Malay men to facilitate the process of taking the land. There is a possibility that those hired were gangsters and for sure, the group of Indians tried to defend the temple against invasion.

The Deputy Inspector General of Police said there is importance for him to speak about this due to it's sensitive nature and he don't want any quarter to be advantageous. This is not related to a racial clash he further said.

Noor Rashid said that at about 2:30am yesterday morning, a group of 50 men believed to be Malays trespassed into the temple.

Following this, he said those guarding the temple called their friends and informed them of the incident, resulting in some 200 Indian men arriving at the scene and surrounding the temple. The police has equally arrived by the time the temple was surrounded, at one point the group which trespassed into the temple attempted to flee, and a clash erupted.

As a result of this, three (3) men were injured while several vehicles were torched, he added.


Group of Nigerians Planned Protest

On Monday the 26th November 2018, some group of Nigerians planned to stage a protest at the Nigerian High Commission premises. The planned protest is as a result of the High Commission's premises which was lock down by the Commission during the Saturday's 24th November 2018 NIDOMY Election that took place outside the Nigerian High Commission entrance.



At the resume of office on Monday, Malaysia police officers and vehicle were seen stationed within and around the Nigeria High Commission entrance area between the hours of 9am - 5pm, the police officers / vehicles were constantly seen positioned around the premises of the commission, whom have gotten knowledge of the planned protest by some Nigerians in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
