The campaign train of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi of the major opposition party in Nigeria, the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has arrived the United States of America.A team from the campaign, made up of Professor Isa Odidi, of the Diaspora Directorate of the Presidential Campaign Council and Segun Adeyemi, Presidential Spokesman, is already in the US for Town Hall meeting in major cities of the world's largest democratic nation.
The meetings would hold in New Jersey, Texas, California, Nevada and Washington DC.
Confirming the arrival of the team, the Lead National Coordinator of the Diaspora 4Atiku-USA, High Chief Charles Ugo Eke, said that "the team has arrived New Jersey and those in the team are ready for the Town Hall meetings."
He urged people to come out in mass for the different meetings where the agenda of the Atiku/Obi ticket would be fully unfolded and where the true situation of the Nigerian political atmosphere will be revealed. He also assured that all who come would have opportunity to ask questions.
High Chief Eke, a one-time Councilman for the City of Plainfield, confirmed that the New Jersey Town Hall meeting would hold on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Banquet Hall of the Clinton Manor, 2735 US-22, Union NJ 07083 at 7pm.

While High Chief Eke is the Lead National Coordinator of the Diaspora 4Atiku-USA, other national coordinators include Dr. Mrs. Chinyere Egu-Okeke, Dr. Mrs. Obiageri Eke-Mbakwem and Hon. Mrs. Felicia Hadjesmali.
