Hope Emmanuel Frank, a 15years old boy from Akwa Ibom State construct an excavator using woods, syringe and drip set. It is necessary for the government of the state and the federation give support to this young genius, with positive supports it is certain that this young boy will grow and improve his talent into something more that will support the industry.
